the enkelkinder here often. it was a great experience in pastness, but from late I noticed that they priority delivery orders more often. e.g. answering the phone and packing the orders, while my order number in the green zone on the screen is not closed for a full 10mins today. they don't know what my total waiting time was, just that it was too long and wasn't fast. the food quality was good when we have it. Had a drive thru. Drove 2 minutes home. Food was stone cold. Only received 3 instead of 4 Chilli cheese bites and given ketchup instead of the rich tomato dip. Tried to ring all afternoon but no reply and goes to answer phone where you can’t leave a message!
