we were a customer of this restaurant and eating and service was always good, but our latest experience on 09/10/21 was really awful. we ordered adana kebab and lambdonn meal, but shocking we found eating was not a good quality, adana kebabs. were not fresh and also overcooked, therefore they went too hard, even servier dishes and sugar pots had cracked., this was reported to the waiter, but she totally refused to ac... This place always provides fantastic food every visit. if you did not try, please. freshly made hot brot and dips and salat at the arrival and a Turkish tee to finish the meal. all kind! the nets are delicious, esp if they have a healthy appetit, since in portions sizes are certainly not disappointing. The dining experience was delicious and authentic. The flavors surpassed other Turkish restaurants in the Midlands area. Zhannath, Soloman, Itra, and Vanessa took care of us with politeness and professionalism, all while wearing bright smiles. It was an excellent experience and we will definitely return when we are in the area or make a special trip to visit again.
The food quality at this restaurant is excellent, with generous portion sizes and good service. The prices are reasonable and there is nearby parking available. The mixed platter offers a great variety, and the Kunafa dessert was delicious. I highly recommend this place.
My husband and I visited Sultan Ahmet today and had a lovely experience. We loved this place, and we visited it twice. We ordered Sultan Mix Platter, the flavours were outstanding, different from other Indian Kabab restaurants. The quality of food was really high. The staff were super kind and friendly. I had to come back to your restaurant. I highly recommend this place, specially if you want a change from Asian food.
