"The Herb is more of a vegan restaurant than a typical vegetarian restaurant in a very nice area of Leicester. There are many restaurants of a similar standard situated around the same area. The ambiance of the place is really Nice and the variety of vegan/ Herb enriched food is really good. It's a good restaurant for a change."

"Twelve of us visited for Father’s Day .We booked for 5.30 but were told at 5.20 that the kitchen was closing even though it was advertised until 6pm. Orders were a nightmare with many items not available. We then asked to see the manager who appeared 15 minutes later in a very aggressive manner. There was then a heated exchange which included her telling us we would all be barred. The owners were not present but I contacted Allan on social media for a response and subsequently wrote them a detailed letter, 3 months later I am still awaiting a response! I have not entered the premises since but my stepson has just informed me he is at the pub and has been barred . For an organisation with a good customer service reputation this is just a total embarrassment!"
