I haven't been to this, or any, Long John Silver's in quite a while.. but decided to go yesterday for something different. I liked that they moved the speaker/menu to the side of the building. It used to be located in the front, which it made it so difficult to hear with the passing cars. I placed an order online through their website and picked it up in the drive-thru. Let me tell you how ignorant these people are they messed up our order we went to get it fixed and the manager was so ignorant refused to give us our items and then told my mom to leave. Didn't refund her nor gave her the items that where missing. They were disrespectful and the lady that was the manager acted like a child screaming goodbye at my mom instead of listening to her.
