Really, really disappointing experience. Had bought a wrap in the Spar opposite, and then bought two coffees from Insomnia, it was raining and we couldn't walk home so we sat outside. A member of staff then came out to us and very rudely told us we couldn't eat food that wasn't bought in the shop, despite us being paying customers and spending money on their coffee. Of the few times I've been there now, the service has been more than grand! A bit of a language barrier (or most likely just me who hasn't gotten used to the accent), but that's just a me error. Fast and great service, people that seem to be burning to help people get their dose of caffeine, and plenty of space to sit (never really a huge wave of customers).
