I have been buying from this butcher for years. He is one of the rare butchers to still make all his charcuterie himself (dried or cooked sausages, terrines, tripe, pâté de tête, raw and cooked hams, calf's head with a gribiche sauce to die for and in periods holidays: foie gras and homemade smoked salmon...etc). One of the best butchers and delicatessens in the region! Lots of advice and very good prices. The best pie in the world according to my 8 year old son ;

"Our waiter-Eric, was very polite, professional and just a nice person. Kitchen was staring at us for the whole dinner, which was uncomfortable, after we politely said that we didn’t like the first starter. Kitchen staff thinks that nobody can see them, but to be honest this was super noticeable when the cooks are starting at you."

"Pleasant welcome without health pass verification. 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting to be served with a 3 year old child which is understandable because there is only one waitress in the room and there are people but still... Good products but in more than limited quantities for certain dishes. Outdated wicker placemats with an unpleasant smell. We still had a pleasant time there. But finally when you give 3 stars without comment, you get turned on in return, too bad..."
