I've tried it both mild and medium and mild is very bland. The ramen broth is vegetarian and not the sesame broth that some ramen houses offer. Was my first time trying this tonight- I was so excited and unfortunately it totally lacked flavor and I felt like there were barely any noodles compared to the amount of broth and the bean sprouts.
