I cannot stress this enough I went in today and received the best customer service I 've had in a long time right when I walked in I was greeted by a lovely young lady carolina. She made sure my order was correct as well as explaining what my buzzer was going to do. She pointed out where the chili bar was at and the soda machine. Usually I love coming here but will not give them my money anymore. A older couple was in front of me, and asked a worker for the bathroom code. The couple left to use the bathroom, and About 10 minutes later its my turn to order. I walk up to the counter about to order and the worker says “ oh they were in front of you.” And i said “ oh well they both left to go to the bathroom so..” and the couple proceeded to cut... The GM Drew has absolute amazing service and completely makes the visit and the food better. His presence and overall joy always brightens my day. He is fully setting the expectations bar for servers so high. If you get the chance to meet him your food and you in general are in good hands.
The place was clean and filled up. The only reason why the food got 3 stars is because my chicken was burnt but the white guy(sorry forgot his name fixed it for me : the front guy was very nice and gave details on what will happen when I get buzzed. The whole staff worked very well as a team!:
I visited this restaurant in March and had a great experience. It was clean and the employees were attentive. The manager was especially friendly. The food was fast and tasted good too. I would definitely come back the next time I am in town.
I go here once a week and the food is always on point. The staff is super friendly as well. Especially the manager, he has some great energy.
What can I say? Food was great! Environment was great! But the energy was there! Highly recommend!!
