Very rude and unprofessional.Kristine with a K snatched credit card out of nieces hand when card was not working. Then when my daughter order her drink Kristine stopped, got very close to her face (confrontational) and asked her why would she get that it's going to be grainy.My daughter orders this same drink everyday and is never grainy.Obviously she does not know how to keep her opinions to herself.
