We have eaten here many times and try to try new things but it is had when you have favorites. Food is always excellent and prepared to order. Servers are always around to check on the table. "While in Knoxville on business, I found Benefit Your Life GF Bakery and Cafe completely by accident. Unfortunately, they were already closed for the day so I had to wait until the next morning to give it a try. It was completely worth the wait and I will be going back as often as I am able. As someone who is unable to eat gluten, I was amazed by the taste and texture of the many items I purchased. Anyone who has eaten most GF baked goods can tell you that the taste and texture is usually not that appealing. Not the case at BYL! The wildberry scones, vanilla pound cake, brownies, chocolate chip cookie and cinnamon bun were all top notch. Thank you so much for making GF baked goods so well!"

"Joe and crew were wonderful today. We had 13 clients on free biscuit day. Joe opened a register for all our guys. Joe and the crew were absolutely the nicest people. All of our guys left saying they are very nice here . It made their day. Thank you all for the great work and your big hearts."
