Katz is a gem in Lenoir NC. On Friday she's only open for a few hours. And there is always a line waiting for them to open these doors. We all know that whatever we get it becomes FANTASTIC. She's so creative. Their foods are not only delicious, but also healthy. She sleeps on site and although I wasn't blessed enough to have her catering food, I know it must be notch upstairs.
