we had reserved a table on the day before. the reservation was somehow lost. still we got a table. the service has then listed the wrong dishes and after brot we had to ask extra. Oil and balsamico didn't give it. that was very disappointing. the food was still good and the prices appropriate. the location right at the main square of montalcino is of course a dream, therefore despite the 3 stars.
