What Steve Raynor doesn't like about Beirut:
I do not think most people here have experienced real versions of these dishes because this was unsatisfactory. The Hummus had beans in it and lacked flavor. Real Hummus is smooth and contains more then garbanzo beans. The falafels were absolutely awful. Dry and bitter, large and lacked a smooth texture.
