this was a completely surprise. a bit down the street from the main church on the main drag (GTO 46) is a little restaurant called Mineros. truly excellent food, great service, good prices, and for being in the middle of nothing was actually very...upscale. i had very low expectations, but i left thinking it was the greatest food on earth (it was probably just really, really good but surprises are always welcome). it is a small place with only 3 or 4 tables, the menu is small, but the eating is delicious and fresh and the service is very good.
