Utterly shambolic. Useless service, disgusting, reheated food. Incompetent staff, who decided upon our arrival to eat their own dinner before serving us. Neon coloured food which had evidently come from a packet. Yellow duck pancakes, on what planet?!?!? Apple in a noodle dish? Staff when complained clearly did not care and got defensive.
