My family and I frequent this restaurant almost every Saturday morning, and the staff during dinner hours is always extremely friendly to us. We typically use the Drive-Thru. I can confidently say that we have had some of the most pleasant service experiences in southern Maryland here. Our favorite dish is the jalapeño bacon ranch wrap. We will definitely be returning! What Doris Kilback doesn't like about Arby's:
I have the new wagyu steakburger. dry and tasteless. the cheese doesn't even melt on it. much over boiled. it wasn't the least bit juicy. my son took him back twice. for the first time they made him again. the second was just as bad. the lady said it wasn't burned, but fried deep because they didn't have a grill. they were good. The food was delicious, the staff were consistently friendly. I just wish there were more Arby's locations in various areas.
My friend mentioned that the fries were overly cooked and charred.
I would give zero stars to the delivery driver. They left our food and drinks on the dirty ground outside the office building. This is shocking and completely unacceptable!
The cherry turnovers were unfortunately not available, but the rest of the food was enjoyable.
