I have never been a fan of Cider......until I visited Flying Brick. Theirs is simply great with a good choice whether you like yours not too sweet or not too dry. (They do Beer & Wine too!!!) This time I tried a Cider called Pachinga. Apple and Pear with Ginger and Chilli. Sounds so wrong, but tastes amazing. Booked for my birthday lunch with the family. Waste of time. The menu doesn’t include lunch dishes, rather a selection of very heavy evening meals and all quite expensive. Need to engage with the market and serve a decent selection of fresh, light, healthy lunches...at more affordable places.
