Clearly NOT recommended! First our reservation was forgotten and then we ordered 2 schnitzel, which tasted like nothing, were carelessly slapped on the plate without lemon, which should normally be standard and a small handful of fries. For tactical reasons, we were immediately asked whether we would like ketchup or mayo with our schnitzel of course one assumes that this should be included with one dish and also for a whopping price of €17.80, but this was not the case, you had to pay 0.50 cents per ketchup or mayo bag!!! Here the ketchup or mayo bags are practically also rubbed and specifically asked for just calculate that when they knock out 50 bags a day, extrapolated over a month an unparalleled cheek we have never experienced anything like that!! A non original Sprite messed up like in an all in hotel was added for a whopping €4.40! The service was also very overwhelmed. I had to explain or ask the lady which breading it was, she hesitated and couldn't explain it to me (PANKOPANE Addendum to my husband's review: Precisely! The best thing about this rating system is that you can warn and inform others so they don't make the same mistake we did! Where do you make a fool of yourself when you tell the truth?! : I think that with the ketchup, the extra charge for it and the missing lemon, which is a standard part of a schnitzel, you've read that from people here several times and it doesn't change anything something like that is a huge cheek to add here demand! Who knows whether we would not have been charged for the lemon we ordered later (as already read in other reviews If you can't handle criticism, then you should rather leave the gastro alone. Oh yeah, where to get ketchup and mayo for free? For example, order a schnitzel from the Ehrwalder Alm or other restaurants, here everything is served on the plate and people don't have to take extra money out of their pockets for this!!! Also, as you have often written, Mc Donalds offers it for free if I order a menu! And here it fits and I get something for a reasonable price! And when I order a Kaiserschmarrn on a mountain pasture and am asked: With or without raisins? And I answer: With raisins Then they don't ask for the raisins on the bill. Just think about it, that's absolutely not possible and just plain cheeky! Let it be, there are far better places in the area where it tastes good and at fair prices ;
Montag ist Rippchen-Tag. Sehr, sehr lecker und wirklich zu empfehlen. Wichtig: Vorher reservieren. Die Rippchen sind sehr beliebt. Zudem ist der Chef wirklich um seine Gäste bemüht und kocht auch mal spontan nach Gästewunsch etwas anderes. Die anderen Speisen schmecken sehr gut, ich kann nichts bemängeln. Preis-Leistung passt hier auf jeden Fall
Liebe Angelika und Andreas , danke für einen wunderbaren Abend an unserem Ruhetag! Ihr habt uns mit einem super essen und einem perfektem Service ( hier auch noch ein Lob an euren super netten Kellner ) den freien Abend perfekt gemacht! Das Tartar war ein Traum und vor allem nicht convenience ( sondern frisch ) die Steaks perfekt auf den Punkt wie bestellt !!! Gemüse nicht tk und hervorragend gewürzt ! Das Restaurant rühmt sich sehr gutes Dry Aged Beef anzubieten. Ich habe mich für ein 7 Wochen gereiftes Rumpsteak mit Salat entschieden. Salat 3,50€ (nur Blattsalat und sehr klein), Rumpsteak (nur 2cm dick) 23€ + 7x0,70 Cent (70 Cent pro Reifewoche), also 27,90€. Preis fand ich erst einmal ok. Aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passte überhaupt nicht. Das erste Steak wurde medium-well done serviert, obwohl ich medium-rare bestellt habe. Also zurück in die Küche. Das zweite Stück Fleisch kam nach nur 10 Minuten und genauso hat es geschmeckt, zäh. Dry Aged Beef muss gut behandelt werden: Kurz scharf anbraten, bei 180 Grad in den Backofen und danach muss es noch für ein paar Minuten ruhen. Gute Restaurants achten da sehr genau darauf, ansonsten sind die 7 Wochen Reifezeit für die Katz. Sehr schade, das Fleisch kommt aus der Region und war sicherlich sehr gut, der Koch hat nicht verstanden damit umzugehen. Wir gehen nicht wieder hin.
