What Falah doesn't like about Pure Resort Lermoos:
amazing view and the location was magnificent but the service was very bad which made me not to come back again, the treatment was like you are not welcome here, they ignore customers request. The woman at the reception was really strict she dont want to help and to listen to you, what ever in her mind she will do it, even for the breakfast if you didnt fill the form you will not have it.
