good food, good coffee, friendly helpful staff

a beautiful Wee spot to stop at a rainy day for a cuppa. it also opens early, so was great to stop after the ferry of butdeen.

nice eating and coffee as usual, nice fast staff who are attentive. noticed tabs were also quickly deleted and sanitary.

Great to eat there again now it is refurbished. Love the place. Highly recommended:

"This large modern cafe/bar sits on the waters edge (and opposite Tesco) on the outskirts of Lerwick. It's a popular place so is busy and noisy you're not cozying up to gaze at the view here. Service was brisk and efficient though I'm not sure there were many smiles in attendance. Perfectly good but no more than that."

"No joke this was the BEST meal we had our entire trip. I always thought I didn't like lamb turns out I just like Shetland lamb! Hubs had some yummy lamb steak I think I'm pretty sure I had mutton I just know we...were full for days. In the best possible way. We ordered whatever they recommended and were not disappointed. Should of known it would be amazing it's hidden away from the main street so you get a lovely walk after your meal. Staff was friendly and helpful. I think once Up Helly Aa was over locals mellowed a bit. Oh and get the sticky toffee pudding you are welcome. Jan"
