It does what it says... All meals include cheese, in large quantities. No other choice. Raclette, cheese fondue etc. accompanied by various kinds of french charcuterie (usually cured quite fat meat) and potatoes or bread ...from and some dressed green salad if you want so... you get the picture......not easy on the stomach.
