"Second stay for us at Chalet Mounier and another exceptional experience. This time, the weather was not good, so we took advantage of the indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam and jacuzzi area. Impeccable cleanliness and top-of-the-range services. Finally, a team always very caring, floor staff, bartender, waiters and bosses all incredibly kind. We will definitely be back again! "Went to this place due to the good reviews but cannot recommend it to anyone. Where to start. We orderd a salad, an adult burger and for my son from the children's menu we orderd a burger, drink and pancakes. We asked for the burger...to be completly plain with cheese, the adult burger cooked medium. We'll what a farce. The child's burger came full of sauces not plain, vinigeratte all over the plate and bun. We informed the waitress who spoke to her manager, she said they will do another but we will have to pay! Obviously we argued the point and eventually they agreed to do another. My wife then cut her burger in half to find it was raw! I wish I had taken a photo. Again this was met by aggrevation and my wife decided not to eat at all rather than wait. The whole time there was talking and sniggering in our direction the whole meal which may or may not have been directed at us (I don't speak French). When it came to the bull, I was charged for a coke zero which my son had. It was supposed to be included was his meal but apparently that's only full fat coke that's included, something else we weren't informed of. By this point I was done arguing and just wanted to get out, we didn't even wait for the chids pancakes. On a plus side, the salad was nice. I would avoid based on the service alone."

"Nice place at the bottom of the 2 Alpes station. Not too many choices in this half season compared to winter. However, there are some good burgers. My heart blows for the burger times the fat has 19 euros. My regret the first prizes of the wines in bottle quite expensive. Very pleasant and pleasant frame. Staff in height. I enjoyed leaving the little genepi liqueur offered by the boss. A very good time. I'll be right back."
