"Under tension... Long enough between the entrance and the dish (30 to 45 min) while our arrivals had not finished the aperitif. We even thought we were dead. The staff seemed blasphemed and unhappy to be the... Tribute we had been a little disappointed with the last shot we were invited but really not conclusive. Not sure we're going back... little changes on the map would be nice to renew a little."

"A pleasant surprise, I just stumbled upon this on my way back from the Maison de l’Absinthe. The roasted bone marrow with tartare appetizer was very good and the highlight of the meal. The pork belly that followed was also quite good. It’s a microbrew...but I didn’t have the beer as I was driving so can’t speak to it. Great find nonetheless."
