Vary vary rude customer service ? thay charged my card 2 time and it says so on my bank statement and all there doing is arguing with me says no no why didn't that's your problem and the manager was no help at all I don't think I will be returning here. View all feedback.
Great little coffee stop! Always fast and friendly and always gets my coffee done right, just the way I like it!
They should post what they run out of instead of you having to go through the whole menu before u can order what they have
Complete disregard in terms of customer service. Restaurant was empty we were the only ones in the line and no one was paying us any attention. It took maybe 10 minutes before we were attended to after asking for service. People were just waliing by doing there own thing one employee went on his phone. Like horrible on the customer service. When the food was prepared the guy just threw it down on the counter. Shop did appear clean and display did loom good as well. You would have thought we received free meals. Even if it were free the customer service was horrible.
Sadly, this USED TO be my favorite Tim's.Now, they can't seem to get the simplest order correct.I wish that Tim Hortons, as a Canadian institution, would return to focusing on Customer Service instead of focusing on how fast they can grab the cash ? irregardless of what they pour in my cup or stuff in my bag.
Head to the tim hortans by no frills instead. Or make coffee at home. Absolutely worst Tim's in the city. Avoid it.
