"This restaurant specialises in traditional Swiss dishes such as Fondue and Raclette. The whole building is quite old and constructed and furnished in traditional style. Service was good, friendly and promptly served. Food was excellent the raclette top class. The seating downstairs suffers from a high intensity of flies. Upstairs (which possibly may only be open on Fridays and at weekends) is mostly fly free and the decor is more refined."

"From the UK we found the prices expensive but soon realised that is standard everywhere and the entire family agreed that the burgers are some of the best we have tasted.......simply delicious. I must admit to having a 'double ' and in hindsight a single will...have been sufficient. If you want a table outside make sure that you book in advance as we could see a lot of 'walk ups ' had to eat inside."

"N.B. This is my first review so bare with me haha.My partner and I arrived in Anzere and we didn't know what to expect. We saw some reviews online and thought this place would be OK. I've never been so wrong, it was perfect. We both ordered burgers with bacon and raclette (I think that's how it's spelt), I'm a big guy so I doubled it by going "Godzilla" size and I was not disappointed. The food was impeccable and the husband and wife who run the place were very welcoming and spoke English. Going back to the food, the chips were crispy yet fluffy and the burger itself was juicy, tender and made my mouth water, the salad was also very refreshing. The atmosphere was very nice, 3 other families were in and ambiance was beautiful. With a view looking towards the mountains and a very artistic finish on the inside, it was very very nice.For dessert my partner and I had a hot chocolate each with myself having the Cha Cha Cha and her having a Crème Brûlée. The Cha Cha Cha was a boat of ice cream and is every sweet toothed persons dream. The Crème Brûlée was also perfect and couldn't be faulted. The hot chocolate was made with actual coco and had a very large marshmallow resting on top.So far this restaurant has been the best value for money in Switzerland with regard to actual food quality. It cost us Chf 84.5, which sounds like a lot but we did order quite a lot, and for what we received it was more than either of us had expected (we had been traveling in Geneva and Sion prior to arriving in Anzere so we had a good idea for prices). The menu itself concentrates on burgers but they have a tapas option and limited menu for kids, having said this, there were many children eating there so they must be doing something right.Over all I'd say this little gem is definitely worth a visit, but hey ho, don't take my word for it, go visit it and make up your own mind ^_^"

"The personal is very friendly, though not all the same at the reception. breakfast buffet wonderful and also the kitchen in the evening fantastic. also the cake on the afternoon is highly recommended. we had a junior suite with half board in february. for the price I would have wished a little more cleanness (dust on the regalen). the putzperosnal is placed every morning in the room even though we had ordered it. this possibility is super if it works. even on the day of departure they came in at morning, although check-out is only around the bathroom in the room mega. Unfortunately, there are no bathing supplements, which is completely incomprehensible for me. had asked at the reception. got us badefoam in the shop itself. for a little more romantic, it would be expected. the sauna landscape is super and well organized during corona. all in all, a beautiful stay in winter fairy tale"
