Really cool to have a vegan food truck but both times I tried it I was not too impressed. Got the Mac n cheese the first time I went over a year ago and found it flavorless. Went back this year for the vegan mashup and got it again and it was almost sour this time. The nachos were good but could use a better cheese sauce.
