"Booked a table for Sunday lunch and had the roast turkey. It was delicious! All were washed down with a very large glass of wine each for £5.99 a glass which was excellent value. The bramble crumble slice was lovely and fruity, but the treacle tart was the best we had ever had. You can never fault the service at the Nutmeg, some high-end establishments could learn a lot from this team. Thank you for a lovely family meal we all enjoyed it so much. You do need to book to be sure of a table, even in the winter months."

"The food was outstanding, along with the service from the staff and the wine was exceptional. I had the bruchetta to start and the papadelle mushrooms and Italian sausage. The staff even understood my request to wait between starter and main because of an operation I had which limits what I can eat! Nice little restaurant, a stone's throw from the seafront.
