There were so long waiting times. It seems, unfortunately, that they have problems with the staff and get pampered with the business. Obviously, this is one of the busiest Dunkins in the area and they get very little relief and add employees fall like flies they can have longer waiting times and ordering problems. But I'd still go here because they're really good to be nice and care. View all feedback.

After placing my order I was told they were out of my swirl and then it would be a few minutes while they got the order off the truck. After a 20 minute wait Amanda Mercier came to me and said well the drivers coming from Boston you're just going to have to wait longer she was very rude and should not be dealing with public in any way shape or form.
