What Jonathan Miller doesn't like about Pollo Regio:
Food was bland but greasy at the same time. All the tables and salsa bar were dirty. Tried to go through the drive thru, but they couldn't understand me so I went in. When I went in it was not busy, but still took a long time, had to wait for them to find someone who spoke english. Will never go back. It is consistent with my experience at other locations as well.
