What Eva Bays doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
Don 't have a lot of selections as before. Hate ideas of the baskets. Tried the chili, with fries and cheese was a total mess in the baskets. First you have to buy the fries w cheese and buy the chili. A big cost. Way more problems operating the ordering stations. When you take away things to save a buck you start to loose customers.
