I ordered a small 6 round for my son's birthday, which falls on a Sunday. When I placed the order I chose the Southland location for a Sunday pickup; I didn't see the hours on the website for the different locations when I selected Southland. I truly appreciated that they took my order around Thanksgiving. The cake was very disappointing. I order the gluten free carmel cake. I have ordered this cake before. Not the same. Cake was dry,too much icing between layers,icing was very sugary,we ended up not eating half of it. I know these were busy times but sadly the quality was not there. View all feedback.
