Excellent bourbon selection, including Michter's Barrel Strength, one of the best bourbons ever.

I went to Carsons the week it was open and since then have returned numerous times.

The food was excellent! I had the filet medallions and the warm bacon salad along with a little wine and a bourbon flight. Server was great! I would come back!
