"Delicious, moist, super tender pork from a regional classic. We traveled down from Ohio and their communication before we arrived (on FB and over the phone) was amazing. We were able to reserve some meat just in case they sold out before we got down there. It was definitely worth the wait, I don't know that I've ever had meat that tender and it was just the right amount of smoke. Maybe the best bbq beans I've ever had <3"
