Some of the best pizza I've had outside of NYC. Bread sticks that came with my hubby's entree were divine, and he said his pasta was delicious. Will certainly return here the next time we are through Lexington. View all feedback.
We stopped to eat here on our way to VA Beach and so glad we did! Great food! Highly recommend
It’s just okay. We ordered to go online. Everything was packaged nicely. My husband said the establishment looked clean. He got lasagna “mediocre”. I got calamari, it was okay. Nothing struck me as “homemade” other than the lasagna. He also ordered tiramisu and I ordered the cheesecake. Both small portions for $6.99. Neither seemed homemade. No rum in the tiramisu and the NY cheesecake was more creamy than crumbled. The cheesecake had a weird aftertaste almost like soured milk. I tossed it. The salads had wilted and brown lettuce. Both went in the bin. One salad had the wrong dressing even though the correct dressing was on the receipt. No olives in the salad? The idea of the dressing packets in the salad seemed like a food born illness waiting to happen. Someone needs to stop that. The bread sticks were odd. I’d be curious to know if they prepare the dough for their pizza on the premises. No utensils/napkins were included or Parmesan cheese. Might be a nice touch to include them for to go orders. My husband says I have high standards. So keep that in mind when you read my review. Also keep in mind I come from an Italian family. We still do the feast of 7 fishes after midnight mass. We grow the tomatoes in our sauce and we make cheesecake that’s at least 5 inches high just like our hair :
What a fantastic meal. I had the spaghetti and meatballs. The sauce was delicious and the meatballs flavorful. My husband had pizza and it was so good. I would highly recommend.
Nice Italian place. Dining room is not fancy but basic. Menu has lots of choices. Good for lunch or dinner. I love locally and my wife and I like to come here a few times a year.
A hidden gem. I was just passing through on my way home to Philadelphia and found an Italian restaurant with amazing pizza. This family friendly sit down or take out restaurant was truly delight. Very friendly service. Did I mention the pizza was amazing?! Pizza had a chewy crunch crust with fresh mozzarella, homemade sauce, and a hint of fresh basil. Will definitely be back next time I’m in this area.
