I really enjoy this restaurant, however, they seem to be a bit disorganized. The last three times I have visited in the past month and a half, the ice machine has been out of order. When the chicken is fresh, it's delicious. Unfortunately, there have been occasions where I've received dry chicken that is difficult to eat.
