the customer service is great. the maid was always nice to me. I'm working on kinky rd and it's my favorite place to go for pupusas. I only ate three so delicious! only if they order by phone for pick-up, I had to wait too long to get my order, I would have picked it up later if they told me. We came here about 2 years ago and the papusas we're amazing and I have been dreaming of the day we got to go back. It was very authentic. Well we went yesterday and I was not impressed. I was so disappointed. The salsa was super salty, like they dumped salt in it and the papusas weren't the same and they were also salty.
