Starbucks - Lexington

I've visited this Starbucks a couple times. Today was raining and busier than usual, at least the drive thru was. I had to wait a little longer than usual, but was out within ten minutes. The staff were quite friendly and got my order right and the coffee tasted very good. This Starbucks in new and in front of Costco. Since it was quite busy and the cars waiting for the drive thru blocked the parking, I ended up parking in the Costco parking lot and walked over. I don't like to go through drive thru a if I can help it and when it's extra long, I can place my order inside quickly, even though I have the app, I didn't use it to order today. I recommend this one because of the location and it is bigger inside than two other ones nearby.

Placed a mobile order in the go on our way home from Gatlinburg TN. We pulled in and they had a line wrapped around the building and wow do they know how to churn out some drinks! Had our order ready in less than 10min. They know how to get it done! Staff was super nice and the manager was awesome!

I can not say one bad thing about the service in this location. I am not only feeding my caffeine monster, but I get to have brief chats with some really kind people. Ok so the location could use an overall in the parking drive thru design, but it would never hinder me enough to not use this location. Kudos to the manager, you're a lucky person to have what you have in staff..

I come here quite frequently and they have the fastest drive-thru service. All of the staff I encounter is extremely friendly, cordial, will chat with you or give you the nicest compliments before a work day while you wait for your order. Some of the kindest things have been said to me here by staff, and it?s really what the world needs right now is kindness, and this location definitely has it. You guys have a great team. Thank you for not only keeping us caffeinated to take on the day, but making us smile as well in the process.

Drinks were great but a very long wait 20 minutes granted they had additional staff that had just started a long line in the drive through ????
