"Very poor service. From waiting to be seated, to waiting for our waitress and finally waiting for our food: husband’s steak was very well done (he ordered medium). The “special” mac n cheese tasted horrible and didn’t taste like mac n cheese at all. My waitress forgot my ceasar salad, and apparently forgot other people’s orders as well since we overheard her apologizing to all her tables/customers. If she is new at her job or if she’s been waiting tables for a while she should consider finding another career choice. Such a disappointment. The Inn needs to consider hiring better/more staff if they can’t even handle a few tables (we saw a couple of customers who actually left cause their waitress never came to their table). We should’ve made reservations downtown. Now we know."
