Ordered online through their partner Chow Down. Never received confirmation from the restaurant. After 40 mins I go there and they tell me their credit card machine is down so they're not receiving orders. So now my money is tied up waiting for the refund. Very unprofessional. Close or notify the 3rd parties so you're not inconveniencing the customers. read more.
