I love zaxbys, absolutely love it. went in the laufwerk thru placed my order that contains an order of 10 boneless chicken wings without sauce. these 10 boneless wings were for my dogs, which is why I didn't want to eat so much. I move up to the window to pay over my card, get my drinks and card back and will be asked to go up to see View all feedback.
I like in the regular zaxby’s, but this particular situation is not impressive. to begin with, I stood in the line for a few minutes while the worker behind the counter played with her phone before I finally order my order. the chefs on the back seemed much more interested in socialization than working. the manager was friendly and accommodating, but the rest of the staff was quite surly and unpleasant.

Great Food, Questionable Service...Young People...A Lot To Learn...
New circle road Zaxbys is the worst in Lexington. Waited 20 minutes for my food and checked order to notice they forgot fries for one of the meals. They gave me more but it was supposed to be a large fry but when I got home it was less than the fries in my kids meals. Then found out they didnt put my daughters chicken fingers in the bag so I still ended up cooking. Just a bag with box of fries. Bunch of high school kids with no training whatsoever. I wont be back to this one again.
I ordered a blue salad WITH BLACKENED CHICKEN. There was no chicken the managers only suggestion was that I drive back 15 minutes to prove to them that my salad had no chicken in it.If I'm calling you to complain, obviously it wasn't upto scratch.
