Great overall experience. We ordered food to go and there was a mixup. Liz, the manager was extremely attentive and made it right. My family likes Panera Bread because the standard is kept no matter where they are located. First time at this Panera on Harlem Irving Park mall. The food was as expected. The service was friendly and fast, BUT the Atmosphere was deplorable. I used the man's restroom and it was dirty, it looked like it had not been cleaned all day. The carped and the tables were dirty.
