The manager (JAYDEN) was definitely rude and did not give good customer service after telling him that we did not place an order over the phone for Cinnabon that we were charged for. Instead of him assisting us he said there is nothing he can do, when we asked for the manager he said I am the manager… we called corporate but was not able to be help since no one answer and would have to go on the web site… Very poor c...
