Arrived at the puib for luch to find it very quiet infact we were the only ones in the bar. Food and drink good, service excelent as we were the only ones there. A couple of other people did appear before we left but very sad to see so ew customers... Visit was on a Tuesday lunchtime around 1PM hope much bussier at other times. read more.

Such a lovely pub, and really good service but unfortunately the food wasn't up to scratch. Rump steak gristly, some undercooked (although they happily rectified the undercooked pieces and the corner edges of the lasagna were burnt (the size of lasagne was disappointing for the price, just as well we ordered a side portion of chips! .
