Having been here a few years ago, and knowing that ownership had changed, we weren't sure what to expect but decided to give it go, and were very pleasantly surprised. The menu is short, but varied, and the food is excellently cooked. A lovely walk through the woods and then you arrive at this great restaurant which is frequented by locals...what better endorsement!...they also have a very go...

Superb dinner at this gem of a restaurant in a tiny village close to Aigle and Villars. Beef cheek cooked to perfection and salmon with bolets mushrooms to die...
