I've eaten here a few times and it's not because the food is particularly exceptional, it's really good, but the staff seem to be so friendly that you can be in the dumps and their great attitude and customer service kind of snap you out of it. What Terri B doesn't like about Arby's:
I ordered a Loaded Italian extra meat, French Dip extra meat and cheese, Double Roast Beef Sandwich, Medium Curley Fried and Small Jalapeño Poppers (5) with raspberry sauce. They forgot to give the jalapeño poppers to me! I tried calling and never got an answer. View all feedback.
