"Just one night in Liberia (at the airport hotel) before flying home from a fabulous holiday in Costa Rica. I didn't want to eat at the hotel, so TripAdvisor checked for good places in Liberia. Liberia Social was raised, so took a taxi and went to the city. It was a Sunday night, pretty quiet and had no problems getting in. Food was really amazing and they made great cocktails. It's not cheap, but very valuable."

"Awesome lunch spot. After a long flight into Liberia, we went and visited Mariajuana Restobar. The atmosphere was great and inviting. Not a huge cafe but big enough. The staff was awesome and kind. The food was great and the variety on their menu was a mix of international fare with local inspiration. If you are ever in the area, drop in for a hit of food. Five stars for sure!"
