"Just because there are not too many choices, this pace is always disappointing ! Why? Well its a fast food change,jet the service is way too slow! min to place an order? Really...YES! And the Manager, well business as usual. They Do NOT CARE!...Since of the customers are Filipinos,who basically never complain, why would they understand about customer service? Never ever have I encountered continuous problems like in this place! NOTHING changes here.And how about telling or teaching Filipinos to take their trays and place them into the garbage,just like in most other countries. Why,because the staff does not,can not keep up with the people coming and wanting to sit down and eat! Just go across to Chow King and you get better chicken for less money,or KFC,which just opened about a month ago. Thanks"

"This was a buffet, a first class restaurant/hotel worthy From the entrance to the end the staff was especially polite and professional. Always with a smile, always ready to visit. The food was the best I had in years on a buffet like this. The choice... was more than extended, and the quality deserves a big round of applause for the kitchen team! The drinks were plentiful and of a high standard. The lemonades had a lot of taste, and the cocktails were made as in the best cocktail bars in New York. I made a new friend for life, the bartender who mixed these wonderful drinks! The whole way to Cabadbaran, I had the nice aftertaste of the crêpes with mango and vanilla still in my mouth!"

"My friends and I came to this place to late lunch. we were surprised that her service was good for 5 people! we had a hard time to end our eating. Unfortunately, their employees need a thorough training in customer service. when we ordered for more drinks, we were told that their shutdown was 2pm (but we were not informed before). worse, they shut down the air conditioning system so we had to take our food out because we already sweated."

"We eat here whenever we can, food is good and reasonably priced, Sunday evening we stopped at pm and there was a closed sign in the window but door was open and customers inside eating. We inquired to eat but were told that last...order is at pm, but sign reads: OPEN FROM am to pm on Sundays. So maybe you should change your sign to read CLOSED AT on Sundays, Any other place I have ever been when a restaurant closes at a certain hr. that means they will take orders up to that hour, and not close minutes before there specified closing time..."
