"Last night was a bit of a disappointment with regard to service. We went later than our usual dining time, arriving at Service was quite slow compared to what we've been used to. We consider this to be a one off, and will continue dining at Bottaio, as it is one of our favorite Italian restaurants. Food is very good, and service is usually excellent. Love the eggplant parm, fried calamari, pasta fagioli, chicken marsala, chicken picatta and angel hair pasta pomodoro."

"I love their quality of bread, but this is not enough if a service for customers. This review refers to their customer service quality, I would give it a zero. I called on Wednesday 3 May at 4am and a very rude lady answer to the phone that showed a lot of attitude. I wish I had asked her name because she shouldn't work in customer service if she is not willing to treat customers with respect. I can understand if she had a bad day, but because of her actions customers can turn away. Quality of products and services for the customer goes hand in hand. Please train the staff better, your business deserves it."

The service in general is very good with someone checking in on us frequently. The food and coffee is also delicious wealways end up having some leftovers to take home since the portions are so big!"
