It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review, as my partner and I have been regular customers of Melbourne since its opening. However, our last visit on New Year’s Day left us very disappointed. The staff were rude, sarcastic, and dismissive when we asked for soft drinks. The manager might be the most impolite person I’ve ever encountered.
