This is not a review for stay but for fantastic customer service. My trip was cancelled last minute due to medical reasons. What Tax P doesn't like about Van Der Valk Liège Congres:
In general the hotel was decent, a bit on the expensive side though, with nice rooms, good facilities and delicious food. However we experienced some strange situations. Firstly, even though we booked there for a business meeting which means their payment was guaranteed by our companies, in the reception they asked us to pay for the room the exact moment we arrived. Good food, spa maybe quite small but doesnt matter if there isnt many people. Room were clean and good size.
